Control sticks near creatures (Death Stranding)

Hello everyone!
I play on PC. EGS license.
There is an extremely painful problem - next to the Creatures, the control of the character and the motorcycle "sticks". That is, as if the forward / backward button is pressed and rotate, the game does not freeze, nothing freezes. The keyboard is working properly. And this hat only appears next to the critters.
Someone knows how to cure this, because it is simply impossible to pass the zone of creatures.
