Disable autosaves (Cyberpunk 2077)

and how do they bother you?

the save will fly off, but there will be no autosaves

given the apparent instability of the game, I strongly discourage doing this.
Not only are quests bugged, I had situations a couple of times when I jumped on the railing, rested my head on the ceiling and just stupidly got stuck (I could not walk, sit down, jump, etc.)

has manual ones, so are there options to turn off autosaves?

Any ideas how to disable it?

Open "gameservices.ini" under the path "Cyberpunk 2077engineconfigplatformpc"
and add the line
[SaveConfig]
AutoSaveEnabled = false
