Weather Effects (Cyberpunk 2077)

Played for 27 hours, but I saw rain only in the story mission in the Plaza, at the end of AKT1.
Can anyone tell me which graphics setting is indirectly responsible for weather effects?
I remember the screen was below, did anyone see such weather in the game?

ArtyVision I saw
something similar and harder during the race, there was a sandstorm. And so, in the game itself I have not seen this, or the settings of the graphon do not show this on the middle ones. NPC with umbrellas did not see at all. More like an edited render

Yes, this kind of weather happens. It also rains, but very rarely. I haven't seen people with umbrellas (maybe I didn't pay attention). Sandstorm is based on the story with Panamas
