What's up with DirectX 12? (Deus Ex: Mankind Divided)
I have a GeForce GTX 960 4gb graphics card on the 2nd generation Maxwell architecture, which fully supports DX12. The developers promised to add support for DX12 with the patch of the first day.Tell us, explain when there will be support for DX12, and if it is already there, why is the coveted option still not available in the game?
byteme
FUCK ... This game does not support DX12 And just patch it for the sake of a tick ?? IT will not be complete anyway
byteme Developers promised to add DX12 support with the first day patch.
Nobody promised that. If I'm not mistaken, we talked about the patch in early September.
so tama are asynchronous shadyrs and this card does not have high-speed support for asynchronous shaders,
and there is no dx12 yet. They promised to close it up, but so far there is no test either.

I do not need the opinion of an "expert" who has fallen from the moon, but the opinion of someone who understands the topic and can answer my question.

in that case, what are you writing here, sir ?? Email the developers. They will definitely answer you

I have already been answered all my questions, for which Thank you all interested. But what are you doing here is not clear to me. However, it doesn't matter.

As if initially this game was supposed to have full support for 12 directives, but it is not yet available for some reason.
I suspect that they will do it, in which I see no problems (recent Larka is an example of this).
byteme what am I doing here? I explain. first expressed that. what do I know about the game ... Then he answered the bore-ass who turned his nose up. Wait, I answer, what I'm doing here. Do
not bully ... do not :) you asked the question to EVERYONE. I didn’t like the answer - minus ... but don’t turn your nose up above the roof ... this is terribly not beautiful, guy

I know. I'm just convinced that there won't be a full-fledged DX12 patch. Wait, he only gives even less FPS in games ... and the same new Larka confirms this

What you added to your comment and what you fixed does not count. At first, what you wrote was like an inappropriate cry. What you rewrote in your comment later, now, does not interest me.
This Dx12 has surrendered to you, is there a lot of performance? On Dx12, it will only lag more with the same grafon. Marketing junk
byteme
___ not interested you say ?? ))) Well, well ... And I tried so hard to interest you, kid))))))

what else dx12? marketing is already talking about the 13th version, which will give a 150% increase in the length of noodles on the ears of suckers
dx12 should unload the processor a little and optimize the operation of the driver for amd video cards so that the load on the cpu is slightly less and on top cards a little more FPS.
but in a multi GPU, everything can be bad with an increase there. that's essentially what it is for.
and so its main practical function is to reduce the load and to parallelize the load more with a separate transparency of glass smoke, etc. and reduce the number of dravkal calls. the last I really don't know how. so cool technologies related to conservative rasterization can be introduced, although there are nvidia shadows and some improvement in the rays of the grafon.
