went to rob the palisade property bank. at the 9th level of the bank sits chel Tomash Romasek, he has a card from the elevator. actually the question is what. is it a story character or not? otherwise I will cut off the map and then take him back to his senses if you need to enter into some kind of dialogue with him on the plot.
