The problem is with ShadowPlay.

I have an nVidia Geforce GTX 650 graphics card. I play mostly 50-70 fps. There are no lags when writing to ShadowPlay. But in the end - the video itself Twitches, lags, the sound is cut off. Tried everything. If you also had this problem and solved it, please write.
