Transferring Blood and Wine to a GoG license (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Is it possible to put Blood and Wine in a face-to-face Gog dls? What would be launched and seen by the game through Gelaxi? The game is kind of like DRM-free)

No you can not.
Buy the game when the discount is available. I took the game and the DLC set for 1k at a discount in June, it's not that expensive.
