Low fps on AMD cards (Dark Souls 3)

There were no such problems on amd. The only thing I saw was advised in the firewood settings to set the "texture filtering quality" to "performance"

what amd? They release drivers every 5 years. And people wonder why everything slows down and lags on these under-cards
