No duels (bug) (Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor)

The Uruks stopped arranging duels (fights), in the case when I order the branded Uruk to go and kill the captain, he chooses an ambush / execution or completely ignores the order. Pirate, repack mechanics, PC.
I re-run the game on this repack for the third time, there were no problems before.
