beer wine and rum does not increase health (Deus Ex: Mankind Divided)

When I drink, then health just does not fill up as there was a half-empty strip of health, so it remains after I drink, only the eyesight floats and that's it. It doesn't matter if I drink wine, beer or rum, which strip of health does not fill. Maybe it was a bug who had this?
