i5 5690k, gtx 770 and 10 Ram. Sometimes I experience friezes and a drop in FPS. The settings are closer to high. But this can still be attributed to the video card.

i7 6700k + gtx 970 So that the fps was at least 40-50 I had to remove the shadows and light to medium AND turn off blur and anti-aliasing !. What are your settings for 60 fps?
