Brech (Deus Ex: Mankind Divided) Tutorial Walkthrough

I can't go through the first mission (tutorial) because long-range hacking does not work.
The tooltip says "To remotely hack the server, aim at it and press E"
I just aimed and zoomed in with the right button, but no matter how many times I press or squeeze the server, it will not be hacked.

Azey Azazey solved the
problem differently. I don't know why, but after collapsing / expanding everything worked. However, when passing the last mission from the first "pack", my character refused to normally stick to shelters and crouch.
