Error -101

In short, the Internet on the computer does not rob, shows an error -101 in the incentive, and in browsers the connection is dropped. And the Internet on other devices, computers works fine. But it does not work on my computer, and when the Internet is connected to my PC, it does not work on other devices either, and if you turn off the rules, everything goes. The problem is in the computer, and there on the desktop it shows that the Internet is connected, but it does not load anything. It happens that the Internet robs for a few minutes (2-3) and everything is cut down. Please, help.
