What about FPS in your career? (F1 2016)

Hello everyone, tell me people. I have an Intel i5 4200ghz, 8 gig of RAM, a 2 gig radeon p370 card, and it pulls only at the minimum settings and a greatly reduced resolution. Although other games, the same Witcher 3 pulls almost at the maximum without lags at all. Firewood has not been updated since June on vidyuhu. How to solve the problem?

I don't know, I have everything on max without a vertical 40-50 fps (amd fx 6300 4ghz, 12ram, r9 380x, fhd)

All on high with vertical sync and maximum anti-aliasing 40-45 FPS (i3 3220 3.4GHz, 16 ram, R7-265 2Gb, 1920x1080)
