VIDEO SETTINGS AND SCREEN RESOLUTION DO NOT CHANGE! (F1 2016)

Hello everyone, I ran into a problem, when you enter the game, the screen resolution is one, I change it to another, everything changes well, but when you exit the game and re-enter, nothing is saved, the same theme with graphics, I set it to very good. Highly writes they say, re-enter, I restart but the graphics and the resolution returns to the old one. I reinstalled the game, the video card drivers were updated, like a GTX TITAN card, all the game is running at maximum speed, and here is the problem. Can anyone help?
