Some kind of no-name 10cm cooler operates at a speed of 2000-2200RPM and cools the i5 4460 3.8Ghz processor well

Cooler master s200. This is the quietest and most efficient cooler for a ruble. Before that Thermaltake contac 16 was. Very noisy, no PWM, assembled along the way by a drunken Chinese. The radiators seemed to be sawed out with a file. Tin is shorter.

Turret Deep Cool Gammax 300, three-pipe. It stands together with the i5 process. The temperature at full load does not exceed 65 degrees. Its fan is practically silent (1700 rpm maximum), and it costs only 20 bucks.
I tried to add this coolant with some modifications to the GTX760 video card, which was warmed up with standard cooling to 89 degrees. After such an amateur performance, the video card cooled to 67 degrees. In general, draw conclusions.

I also use Deep Cool Gammax 300 in conjunction with Xeon 1230 v3 (essentially i7 4770 without integrated graphics), it is very quiet, perfectly cools, relatively low price. Of the minuses - not a very convenient mount + not very native thermal paste (replaced with arctic cooling mx-4)

if you are faced with a choice, then read on overlockers or on that hardway guide. Thermalright 120 on LGA1366. 100% satisfied. soon I will upgrade to LGA1151 and I will buy the same Thermalright, but more compact

Boksovsky.
Because of this, I don't dabble in overclocking, and the temperature is normal, and since it is normal, then a cooler is not needed.
