Crashes after installing the mod (Hearts of Iron 4)

I just poked on create a mod. As a result, I created a folder and a subfolder. When I go into the game crashes. Although before that it did not even slow down. And it does not give achievements due to the fact that a mod or cheat is supposedly enabled. But nothing is included. need your help
