Incompatibility with x32 (Stellaris)

Good time of day. This problem occurs, the game completely refuses to run on Windows 7 x32, wydawa the Version of this file is incompatible with your version of Windows. Although, in 2017 it perfectly run on a 32-bit system. Tried and licensed, and pirates (hatab sort of) - everywhere the same problem. Google on request only gives the problem that the game ONLY run on x32, which is strange on the background of my problem.
Anyone know how to fix it?

With version 2.3, the game no longer supports x32. Fixed running earlier versions.

or download for version 2.2.7 or reinstall x64 (it is better to reinstall Windows if there is a possibility)

The new version on x64. They immediately warned. I have already moved on to Windows 10 x64. As an option to rollback a version. But then the new DLS will not work.
