Bug with a line of skills and weapons. (Mass Effect 3)

It just doesn't respond to mouse clicks. Not at all. Hotkeys also don't work. The bug often appears in battles and self-heals at will. Companions continue to use abilities, but Shep cannot. It's the same with weapons. I scroll through it only with the mouse wheel.
