A sharp drop in the load on the processor during the game (No Man's Sky)

Hello everyone! I understand that the game has improved a little after today's major fix, but still far from ideal - I have a stable 30 fps, occasionally sags, but oh well. But, after about an hour or two, judging by the data from MSI Afterburner, the percentage load drops sharply and does not rise above 40%, although usually the percentage is busy in full. The temperatures of the processor and the video card are within normal limits, thermal grease and all that, I follow it. Is this still the jambs of the game engine or maybe the computer is to blame for something?
