Are the prospects for required professions dying?

In the CIS, the situation of doctors and teachers, the most important professions, is rapidly deteriorating, which in fact should give people the most important thing - knowledge and life itself.
If the welfare of the first employees can be maintained through bribes (and even then, depending on the country), then in another profession the opportunities for self-realization fall to zero, there is a chance to make money on tutoring, but nothing more. Why does everything develop this way? Why is teaching and medicine worse than law, programming and other developed professions, especially if both are also in demand (although, in terms of jobs, teachers really suck)?

As if it was different before. These professions are created to bring health and the fire of enlightenment to the world, and not to launder money, so their prospects from the point of view of people with money are extremely dubious.

In Russia, rumors about low-paid doctors are greatly exaggerated. Even if the official salary is not high (and less than 15 tr. Nobody seems to be paid here anymore), there are a lot of ways to get "left money": both the "gratitude" of the patients, and the percentage of the medical representatives for the prescribed prescriptions, and manipulations with the "sick leave" ... So even the most worthless physician now really has at least 30-40 thousand a month. Professionals, on the other hand, get well over 100. And this is not Moscow, but the regions.

People just got drunk and put on creativity, etc. as more important professions.
As an example; parents do not teach their children to treat teachers with respect (and indeed to other people), which is why teachers are not eager to teach this trash. Actually, the popularity of the profession from this falls below the plinth.

ps By the way, we have worked out the same in relation to the police, they say, "you are goats, this is not right" that they issued a fine for excess or drunkenness. And the fact that the drivers "violate" is supposedly "right".

"In Russia, rumors about low-paid doctors are greatly exaggerated."
In the United States, a surgeon earns $ 20,000 a month, not a year. About $ 200,000 a year, so that's it.
And here is a measly $ 500 and then from under the floor, but you must officially you are not some kind of huckster! And medicine in Russia at the level of the Bronze Age, no one even wants to work there, with such a level of "technology" and equipment.

"What kind of import substitution are they talking about there?"
Russia has little of its own, for example beer Baltika, Nevskoe, Zhigulevskoe - is it Carlsberg that they stopped selling them? What sanctions are there, it's funny))

In Russia, the municipal (that is, "sponsored" by local governments on the principle of "come, not go anywhere") healthcare system still prevails, while healthcare in the States and other civilized countries has long become private property. The owner-owner of the hospital is interested in ensuring that the quality of customer service and the level of technology used are at a high level, so that people come to his medical institution, and not to competitors. Hence the high quality of service, and high prestige (I'm not joking, a doctor is quite a profitable profession there) and doctors' salaries.

In the USA, medicine is private. Have you always wanted to pay a couple thousand dollars for going to the doctor?

There are private clinics in Moscow, but there it is no longer a matter of salary, but of the brain ..... but that is another story.
Ie everything is there but the brains are not enough, the "brains" have gone to the west for preferences there it is needed!

Problem even if you pay $ 1,000,000 in Russia for treatment, you will not get anything! Therefore, Kobzon and so on go to Germany, that is, in fact, there is no medicine, and you pay for the commerce for a coupon and so on.

They don't decide anything, after such a time they won't be ... so it's nothing more than stuffing.

In the CIS, the situation of doctors and teachers is rapidly deteriorating Not everyone and not everywhere. Well, they really love to cry in a box, but for example, the same dentists say that they can not take their salaries at all, the fat is such that some locksmith will never receive so much lava. And a well-deserved pedoph ... the teacher does not live in poverty either. He sits at two or three rates to death of old age and the hell you kick him out of there. Young people are not paid, and what is the salary, such is the job. Well I told you, teacher, Russian and literature, 12th VTEK, schizophrenia ... can work in his specialty. And he will work, but a young teacher from a university they do not need nafig there, in this swamp.
But now some plumber is in demand and "all love", because he is irreplaceable and in general there may be one per district.
Now our government does not need at least some educated and self-sufficient people capable of productive work. They interfere, they have the audacity to demand human conditions of life and work, therefore they will be destroyed sooner or later. If they fail to be the first ... another question is what exactly they will have in time.

I heard that in Moscow teachers began to be paid, and now getting a job as a teacher in a Moscow school is not so possible. Who knows exactly if this is so?

the endless misanthropy o 23.12.20

My friend worked in an ambulance for 2 years, pumped people out, having a secondary vocational education. He wanted to become a doctor, to operate on people, he was tired of skating. Until the ambulance, he worked in the morgue for 2 years. In general, I decided to enter the university, we thought that with 4 years of practice, he would be enrolled without problems. The first problem of the USE (yes, we are very old and did not take it) - I passed it normally, the second - you have to study for 6 years for some reason, like after school, the third - it turns out that there are many who want to and we have to pay grandmothers.

So, I don’t know how it’s extinction, but there are a lot of people in medical universities.

It is more difficult with teachers: a university teacher will find how to make money, but a school teacher ... on the other hand, this is a matter of qualifications, a school teacher is not obliged to shine with scientific knowledge, the school curriculum is designed for doters.

problem is not that, but that we simply do not have specialists and equipment.

How much does US health insurance cost?

The cost of medical insurance in the United States ranges from $ 200 with the most minimal package of services. The average cost of insurance sponsored by an employer is $ 500. There is an opportunity to purchase a policy on your own, but not all applicants can afford it. The candidate undergoes a very tough insurance underwriting and even a long-forgotten, cured ailment revealed during the examination process can actually increase the cost of the insurance policy. In short, the level of medicine in the United States is as high as the cost of providing medical services.
yeah. Insurance is very cheap, right?

the endless misanthropy of the black cosmos
In the ambulance, you will only learn to beat the vein (I don't know if non-doctors can intubate at all), you can still gain a little physiology. For honey. Institute (chemistry, pharmacology, physiology at the level of over 9000), the value of such an experience is none. Therefore, the study lasts a full 6 years.
Purely out of interest: ask him in a year or two how much the ambulance experience helped him in his studies)
