Fire support bug ((Fallout 4)

I tried setstage 0005ddab 40 with the console, the quest was read, BUT IN THE NEXT MISSION TO ARKJET SYSTEMS to the main entrance, he runs back to the station and stands near the main entrance and stands silently no more ...

I didn't have such a bug, but try loading some save file before you meet the fraternity.
Some other bugs helped me solve.
