You can only get rid of this by lowering the parameters of the game. all so at the minimum, then there are no options. In your case, grenades can explode before reaching the target, or a shot from a grenade launcher covers the GG. The advice is this - after throwing a grenade or firing a grenade launcher, do not visually track their flight, and after throwing, look at the floor to reduce graphics processing. Better not torture yourself and the calculator with such a game.
