Doesn't start (FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage)

I bought it means Flatout Complete Pack
and first of all decided to try Flatout Ultimate Carnage
But here it doesnâ€™t work. It
crashes right after preparation

Is there a way to solve the problem?

As for me, old games do not pull the miracle Windows 10, I don't know with 8.
