Poor PC performance
Are these normal results? I saw it from others, the indicators are 2 times higher! What is the reason for such poor performance?

Author, albeit dreary , but take down the Windows and put it clean. Nakatya normal drivers without forgetting any and try again in tests. System temperature breakdown at times when performance has dropped. In general, it is quite possible that the power supply does not take out your system.
