Texture issue (Dragon Age: Inquisition)
Please help me, I have assembled a new PC, tested such games as GTA 5, Rise of Tomb Raider, The Witcher 3 at maximum settings. Everything worked fine. I decided to go through my favorite game (DA: I) at maximum settings but noticed that the textures went crazy. Characters and some textures (stones, trees) are displayed as if in a strip and I do not understand the reason, I tried to change the settings even at the minimum strip settings. Please tell me what to do.Here is the link to the video, take a close look at the character details.

Vasuke Is your

I thought it would be required.
Processor: AMD FX 8350 Eigth Core 4.20 GHz
Video Card: MSI R9 380 4 GB
RAM: 16 GB RAM
Motherboard: MSI 970 Gaming
Windows 10 Home Edition x64
Vasuke Is
MSAA anti-aliasing worth it? Try to disable it, on the Internet they write that there may be such a problem.
Mr.daemond
Disabled. Did not help. I wanted to take a screenshot, but for some reason it is done only after I press Esc.

Then I don’t know , on the Internet they write that there may be another problem in the drivers, and so try to twist the settings and turn on / off vertical sync. Another problem may be that you could have turned on mantle, maybe it is buggy.
I tried to demolish and install the driver (no changes). Turned off Mantle (no change). Twisted the settings (no changes). I even tried rolling back the video card: - /
Here is a screenshot by the way:
