Batgirl DLC (Batman: Arkham Knight)

is there a dls with batgirl episode on PC? downloaded the game with all dls, there is a story of harley quinn, a red cap, but no batgirl

Everything is there. I have a license in steam and there were no problems with the presence. Maybe dlc is not active in the list
