Everything went to ultra (except for a couple of settings, which I turned off because of "no difference" in view of the 4K optimization).

What the hell could be? I didn't do anything, I didn't change anything. I just started the same thing as before and "Stopped work ..." I did not install new software, did not change the system settings, there were no updates, I did not climb into BIOS. In general, I have not changed anything.
