A special push-up technique!

I am 11 years old, pulling up from bed. swinging biceps on the horizontal bar 10-11 times.
I have been doing push-ups (since childhood until now) minimum: 50 maximum: 75
So one of my friends said that a person has his own "limits" The
question is, someone can give a special push-up technique for strong endurance and if someone else can help , with the press. I say right away that endurance is good and who needs it - the weight is 32kg.

I always did push-ups on my fists and pounded a pear, my fists were like bricks ..))
