Doesn't help, the GTX 1080 itself (Not SLI) is overclocked, and produces 15-31fps at LOW settings in this game.
The load of the card is 8% of the total, but the RAM is almost all 16 gigabytes eaten.

GTX 970 i7 3770k 16 gb game on ssd, even with 60 fps stream. Did you set the fps max in the settings?

I found a way to raise the FPS. Go to the folder where the game is installed - Binaries - SETTINGS - TKGRAPHICSSETTINGS - find the line name = "MaxframeRate" value = "30" and change it to 60 or 120 (any number above 60)

You can also change it in the settings, but for some reason it did not change for me. Find the line
