In-game CPU temperature (Cyberpunk 2077)
Hello everyone! Who has what temperature on Intel processors. At 100% load, the processor temperature should be within the normal range of 50-70 degrees. If not the norm, then cooling the processor does not remove heat.
i5 10400f with DEEPCOOL GAMMAXX GTE V2 cooling under almost 100% load was 73 degrees.
I often monitor temperatures. I use 2 programs, AORUS ENGINE (I put the cooling schedule there and you can see the temperature itself there), but I still look at the temperature in the Speccy (it monitors everything, even hard ones). While playing Cyberpunk 2077 Speccy showed the temperature of my processor (i7 8700k without overclocking) somewhere the maximum can be 63 or 64, and somewhere around 60. The cooling tower is Noctua NH-D15. But Vidyaha 70-78 (RTX 2080 Ti).
8700k 4.8GHz, auto + dark rock pro4 voltage - 60-75 °. Everything is normal, but still a little warmer than in other games, although the load is 40-60%.
Hello, friends! After reading the forum, I realized that everyone has problems with overheating. I solved this problem as follows. I have a Ryzen 7 2700x, when I just bought it, and just installed it, I immediately noticed that its 8 cores were sausage in frequencies, even during idle time, as it looked, I literally did not do anything and the frequencies went off scale above 4GHz. Then I set Bios to the minimum multiplier to 32, installed AMD Ryzen Master, chose a profile with manual adjustment, set the frequency to 3000 GHz for all cores and lowered the voltage on the CPU to 1.175V. As a result, the Cyberpunk game has a CPU load of 23% Temperature 35 degrees, temperature 53-57 degrees, FPS 55-60. To make everything so stable, with the help of ASUS GPU Tweak2 I adjust the curve of the video card cooling system so that at a temperature of 70 degrees the coolers rotate by 100%, You can also use NVIDIA Inspector by setting the FPS temperature limit to a minimum value of 60 degrees. For owners of AMD cards, there is also a useful utility called Radeon Software. And the fact that most of the proces overheat is a bright result of the fact that in the case of the vidyuha everything literally heats up the percent, and when the power supply overheats and its protection works, everything is simply cut down.
I completely forgot, I have a cooling tower with coolers on both sides, and Evercool NanoDiamond thermal paste with a thermal conductivity of 12W / mK.
