PhysX (Cyberpunk 2077)

I reviewed the gameplay of 2018 and saw that at 3:21 a piece flew off the concrete block and later throughout the shootout there are similar moments. It turns out that the release also cut out destructibility?

As far as I remember, destructibility was left in place
