Help find the mod (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Mod adds a spell cleaner in the form of a Skyrim washbasin. As far as I remember, unlike the Dwemer enchantress, it has a normal interface, it was installed in about all the hold capitals and in the player's houses (at least in the screenshots there was a "lake" estate), and also cleared only of enchantments (blacksmith improvements and the status of theft did not remove). I found the mod for a long time on the Tesall website, although I recently searched both on the site and in Google, I have not found it anywhere. Also, if it helps at all, the mod conflicts with the gemology mod.
