Slows down VATS (Fallout 3)

Hello everyone! Recently, in Fallout 3, VATS started to slow down for me. Before actually showing me the parts of the enemy's body, VATS hangs for 3-4 seconds. I only observe this in full-screen mode, there is no such garbage in window mode. And this is on two computers ...
