Geralt has forgotten how to dive (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Actually the subject.
Immediately after the dive, it paddles up and emerges, holding down the keys and switching input devices (I thought the key was stuck) does not help. Probably started after installing 1.03
How to fix it?

Yes, there is a frequent bug with the "C" button (dive) and the "Shift" button (Fast sailing in the boat). I try to get back into the boat and grab the tiller, and this happens several times until the button starts working. Version 1.07
