High quality textures. (DC Universe Online)

When starting the game, I have long been accustomed to adjusting the graphics. I started, it means, DC, got into the settings and I see that in the "Texture Quality" parameter there are only two values: low and medium. Are there no high type at all? Or is some script broken and the game thinks my PC won't handle high quality textures? GTX660 2Gb, i5-4570,8Gb RAM
