Pentheis (Cyberpunk 2077)

I read about it and watched the video how to get into it and I myself got there just like that. It was said about him that it would be possible to get there someday. BUT I watched the endings on youtube and so V woke up there after returning in pentface. From here we conclude that V acquired it to the point of no return.
The question is actually HOW?

And there is no such moment. V just wakes up there and then comes out of there, the end.
