How to make vassals grow? (Stellaris)
People, hello.Made allies-vassals from primitive civilizations. And this is good. But they don't grow.
What needs to be done so that they begin to build stations (mining), colonize new planets? How to make them grow, but not lose allies in them?

Oh ... Well, then I don't know. I just threw them agreements on research on CD and integrated them later. And if they are freed, they will have to immediately have a mega-profitable agreement, a migration treaty and a non-aggression / mutual protection pact. Should be enough if you are not diametrically opposed in ethics.
