Can't create a profile (Euro Truck Simulator 2)

I start ETS, the boot window starts showing a window where "Create profile", "modifications", etc. and disappears after a second and freezes, I tried to swing the profile, it worked, but I want to play with the mods on the map, but this requires a new profile, when creating a second profile, the game also freezes
