Mouse problem

My friend seems to have picked up some bullshit. Windows - license, node 32 - licensing. When the desktop is loaded and at the first poke on the mouse, the desktop becomes inactive. You can't click on anything at all. Only control from the keyboard. Through terrible agony, we checked for viruses several times, used addware cleaners, flew the Internet - nothing changed (the mouse was also changed).
It's a pity to demolish Windu, and whether there will be a result.
Has anyone come across this?
