some glitch after every cut-scene (Murdered: Soul Suspect)

a photo from a mobile phone because when trying to make a screen from a steam, it produced a screen without stripes. I still have the same garbage in FC 4, but I solved it by reducing the resolution. here, alas, this did not pass
