Error installing AMD package. Please help !!

A new version of drivers 16.7.3 was released, I downloaded it from the manufacturer's website and when installing the drivers I got an error: Error installing packages. I climbed in the internet, and did not find anything. By the way, after this error, I still lost the catalyst somewhere, when installing the catalyst gives the same error again. What do you suggest to do?
PS Can other drivers conflict somehow? I installed nvidia physx the other day and vulkan run time was still installed with it

before installing new ones, you need to remove the old ones. If you didn't, then here's the reason. Information about driver conflicts can be viewed in Device Manager.
