Bullet bug, help (Mass Effect 2)

I got a strange bug, after which I don't remember exactly ...
The essence of the bug, it does not show on the top panel which cartridges are activated, they work and switch, but you can determine which ones are either by looking at the gun, or by holding the shift key, look at the bottom panels.
I tried to chemistry with resetting abilities and retraining for different cartridges, loaded with them and without the bottom, the bug does not work. Alas, there is no save to the bug.
MB who knows how to solve the problem. I looked in the internet, did not find it. I reinstalled the game. If you delete the saves and start from scratch, there is no bug.
