Save (Gothic 2) won't load

The problem is this: I saved the game while standing in front of the non-writing, after saving, the dialogue mode immediately turned on, but without the lines window; I had to turn off the game through the task manager. Now the save does not load, an error flies, and if you look at the save picture in the main menu, you can see that the save happened in the dialog box.

Can this be fixed?
