How do I open a Bunker Hill workshop? (Fallout 4)
In one place it is said to go through 2 quests.-From Deb - clear the base.
-From Kessler - to clear the school. The
1st quest is neither in the tasks nor on the map. Location is required.
The other tells you to complete The Battle of Bunker Hill quest. The workshop does not open after completion.

on the storyline will be a quest, a battle for the bunker hill, you will pass it, then complete (if you have not yet completed) the quests of the head of the settlement (woman, I do not remember what to call) then return to her, she will say that she is afraid of you because of your involvement to the faction and will give you control over the settlement

The woman's name is Kessler. The base quest is the location of the National Guard Training Grounds.
Going through the Battle for B-X, you need to be careful, I have killed all the merchants and Kessler, either synths, or the Brotherhood, or the Underground - now to replay. Be sure to do a backup before this quest;)
