All saves are gone. (Dragon Age: Inquisition)

In the game, the ability to load the game for this character has completely disappeared, to change the character - just create a new one. No errors were issued yesterday specially saved 4 times per evening.

Who is fighting this and how? Last time I just deleted the last 3 files in the Save folder and calmly downloaded it, now it didn't work
