Is Katauri interactive closing? (King's Bounty: The Legend)

Recently I became interested in what project the studio is currently working on. But in a search engine I found a very interesting query: Katauri interactive has closed.
On the site itself, the latest news about the Princess in Armor. It also says that the studio is currently working on Royal Quest, but it was released back in 2012 (!).
Please help clarify the situation.
