Is there a \ "New Game + \" function (Final Fantasy 10 / 10-2 HD Remaster)

I would like to go through the game, but it doesn't hurt to wait for Rusik, so I'm wondering if it is possible to go through the storyline pumped first for the second time or there is no such function as "New Game +" in it.
I would also like to know if it is possible to start New Game + in Final Fantasy 13-2.

NG + Only the second Final has, but not the first. So I'm afraid with the pumped Tidus forget. Only with Yuna, Rikku and Payne.
and about 13-2, there is no NG +
