Problems with profiles in Euro Truck Simulator 2 (Euro Truck Simulator 2)

I created an account on the incentive, bought the game Euro Truck Simulator 2, I play from one account on two computers (one at home, one at work). At work, I created a profile in the game, pumped up to level 18. Why is this profile not at home, even though the Steam account is the same? How can I solve this problem?

Profiles are written to the computer, not to Steam.
The solution is simple, you transfer the profile to a USB flash drive and put it on the desired computer.

account is needed, in this case, only for activation (in the sense of a key), and profiles on different computers will be independent. I have several OS (operating systems) on one computer, and so on each system there are different profiles in the game.
