How to increase FPS on the base? (XCOM 2)

In battle, stable 30-50 fps, and on the basis of 18-24, if you bring it closer, it will be 30. I have gtx 770 and i5 2380P hardware, 10 Windows. I did not care about high and low.

If a pirate, then download the latest patch.
And it cannot be that when the settings are changed, the FPS does not change.
Even disabling anti-aliasing, shadows, light and reflection, the FPS should grow in any case, maybe you only have to read on the INI and the settings do not stupidly change.

The config from GeForce Experience helped me a little, there was no sense in manually switching graphics.
